Wilson Strategic, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit wilsonstrategic.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. This site is a brochure site; it does not sell products, host accounts, or collect payment information.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us directly. If you email us at the addresses listed on the site, we receive your email address and any content you choose to share. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, timestamp) for security and performance. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure aggregate site traffic.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser and process information including your IP address (anonymized where supported), device type, and pages viewed. This information is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
This site also loads Google Fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. When fonts are requested, your IP address is sent to Google. Google states that it does not use this information for advertising profiling.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to messages you send us.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website.
- Understand which content is valuable to visitors in aggregate.
- Protect the site against abuse, fraud, and security threats.
Information sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site (such as our hosting provider and Google Analytics), or where required by law.
Data retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to address your inquiry and for ordinary business records. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months. Google Analytics data is retained per the settings configured in our analytics account.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at dj@wilsonstrategic.com. You can also disable cookies in your browser, which will limit analytics tracking.
Children
This site is intended for a professional audience. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by updating the policy on this page.
